Q&A–: What does it mean when computer screen gets blue tint temporarily?
ok I know what the blue screen of death looks like but this isn’t it at all. Basically what happens is the screen suddenly gets a blue tint to it. It doesn’t actually stop me from doing anything and goes away after a few minutes or so. most of the time it seems to happen is when a storm starts outside. I’m not sure if I really should be worrying about it or not since it doesn’t prevent me from doing anything. It just is annoying. If anyone knows exactly what is going on or how I can stop it, please feel free to tell me.

This could be several problem. lets see if these solutions help.

      1) Did you recently install a new card? If yes uninstall it and and download recent drivers for it.

      2) Are you overheating? if yes, try downloading a free program to get the fan inside to turn on.

You may also have a bad stick of RAM, try replacing the ram inside and see if it fixes your problem. If not it is a bad memory slot, and that would force you to either move your memory to another slot ot replace your motherboard.

      Good Luck
