computer safe mode|Start Windows in Safe Mode

In this video lesson, I will show you how to start windows in safe mode if you need to troubleshoot or perform a spyware removal on your PC. Please visit www.spywarefixpro.com for the latest spyware removal instructions and other helpful computer tutorials. This tutorial works for Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7. The basic steps to start Windows in safe mode are 1.) Restart your computer. 2.) Immediately after the BIOS screen appears, start pressing F8. 3.) Select Windows Safe Mode wirh Networking. 4.) Wait for the default drivers to finish loading. 5.) Login with your user account.

Hey guys i have a problem, every time i start up my computer it goes to this other user log in screen and when i enter in my username and password it sais the domain coukd not be contacted or doesnt exist i have no acces to my computer. My computer is a dell inspiron 1521. It is windows vista and it doesn have an admin user please help
