I have Windows XP. My computer has a trojan virus, and I have to crash it. I have the Windows XP Home disc I’ll need to fix it after I crash it. How do I do it?
I have the computer started it Safe Mode right now.

Not sure why you think you have to crash it , or use a reinstall cd to get rid of a virus. But, it you want to reinstall the OS , just insert the cd and run it. ~

you do not need to crash it reboot and boot from disc and there are easier ways of getting rid of trojans do a scan on hijack this to find it then you can use google to delete it
