Hi,I did the following:,In the blog: new computer technology ,Not’s about blog technique.
computer shutdown–: How to make my computer shutdown automatically with timer?
I tried a shutdown timer program and it got stuck on the force shutdown message. How do I make my computer automatically choose that?

Control Panel > Power options. I am sure you can figure out the rest yourself.

Go to Run, type
shutdown -s -t 60
here 60 is for 60seconds timer, u can change it to ur wish,, u can add a message in it too.
shutdown -s -t 60 -c”i am going to shutdown u”

I always forget to shutdown my computer at night so can anyone tell me how to make it shutdown automatically?
and how can i make it shut off every day at a certian time.

If you want your computer to shutdown everyday at 2:00AM, for example, you can create a task to do so in Windows.
In start menu. Click Run, Type tasks, Click OK.
On the window that will be displayed, double click on Add Scheduled Task, a dialog box will appear.
Click Next.
Click Browse. In the file name text box, type C:\Windows\System32\shutdown then press Enter
When asked when to perform the task, select Daily then Click next
Set the start time to 2:00AM, click Next
click Next again
Check “Open Advanced properties for this task when I click Finish”
Click Finish, a new dialog box will appear.
On the run text box, add -s to C:\Windows\System32\shutdown.exe to make it C:\Windows\System32\shutdown.exe -s
Check “Run only if logged”
Click OK.
You’re done.
Now, the problem is if you’re still using the computer.
When the notification appears that your computer will be shutdown, Click Start Menu, Click run, type shutdown -a

Just a simple trick with the computer so easy to make it Sorry for wrong typing etc. You can adjust the time more than some mins so as you can leave your house and let the pc shutdown in an hour or so ( 1hour = 3600 Sec )
