Everytime I get online there’s little signs that my computer is going to freeze, and when it does I restart and I go through this process nearly 10 times a day maybe more. But when I log on it freezes again. I’ve tried to delete some stuff from C drive but it still does this. I’ve had it looked at 3 times, and it always stuffs up. Any remedies?

Do a disk cleanup. One way is to go to “control panel”, click on internet options. Where it says ” temporary internet files”, delete cookies and also delete files. Do not touch the settings. Each step takes a while so be patient. Hope this helps.
