Simply install any recommended Antivirus software I suggest NORTAN ANTIVIRUS and always update through .NET, secondly always visit reputed or known website and download free/trail software from reputed website. because some time download software contain with Adware or Virus which can infected your PC.

u cannot, it will attack ur pc, wat u an do is download good antivirus software. try:
