    Hi,I did the following:

    Rainy:The pictures have nothing to do with the content!!
    My computer had a nasty virus. I’m not even sure what it was but it has since been removed. How can I be sure it’s actually gone? Since it was removed and rebooted I have run ClamWin anti-virus, AVG, Malwarebytes and Spybot none of which has turned anything up. Does that mean the computer is probably safe again?

    Perform a good long scan with a good anti virus program.

    Yes.
    If you have tried scanning with all the tools above but cannot find any virus. Your PC is safe.

    You’re probably good, but if you want to be sure, you can download a program called HijackThis and post the scan on a site like daniweb.com, computercops.com, or something like that. DO NOT attempt to fix anything yourself with this program as you could mess up your operating system. Just do a ‘Scan and Save Log’ and then post the log. They have people at these sites that will review your HijackThis log and tell you what, if anything, needs to be fixed.
