    can you give me one good reason why to study computer viruses … others already created books and everything about it but i seem not to find a good reason why can you help me?

    Most people study viruses to learn about the virus itself and to create new ones or to learn about them and how to stop future viruses. They can also provide interesting and new parts of code which could be turned from bad to good.

    Because viruses are nasty. If you have a basic understanding of them, then you know how to help yourself and your network against them. Most viruses go along the line of the same strings or arguments. So they will be easier to detect and stop. Viruses are more popular then people think. They can occur maliciously or even by accident. Keeping up to date on them and knowing how they work can greatly help a company and your personal home network

    It’s important to know the basics about viruses and anti-virus. Countless people cry when they accepted a file on MSN and now they’ve got a virus, do you want to be one of those? I hope not. Stop being lazy.

    it would be better to have a knowledge of it coz you got nothing to lose.

    and study it for yourself. So that you know how to protect your PC better.
