We can have any type of server with any technologies listed above. This is for a big organization looking for marketing web presence with ecommerce + blog/forum technologies. Money is not an issue, development time is not an issue. Which of above is best and most preferred?

Go for java…as you don’t have any problem with time, money and cost..It has the best security..

PHP is simplest, has many available and open frameworks for quickly assembling Web apps, etc. The problem for large scale deployment for large companies that handle more than a few concurrent customers is the scalability and general performance of a fully interpreted language like PHP. This rules PHP out for your case.

Java (JEE) and ASP.Net have the performance and scalability you need. Because ASP.Net is a Windows-only proposition, mainly, I would recommend Java (JEE). Your organization will have access to a much larger selection of technologies, frameworks, and libraries, many of which are open and free. As you need to grow and scale out for a hopefully growing customer base, Java JEE will allow you to grow your app. When you need distributed transactions, replicated HTTP Sessions to seamlessly hand off a client session when a server goes down, etc., JEE-based architectures will allow you to do such. You will have the flexibility to use a mix of Windows and Linux servers (or VMs), easily tie in or migrate from/to many database systems, incorporate various business intelligence solutions, etc.
