Question: Help finding a good website software for a sports news site with forums and personal profiles for members?

In other words, me and my website partner are planning on making a wwe/tna website with a forum discussion and news/spoilers. But we want to make it a little more interesting product and let members register and personalize there own profiles. Anybody know the best website software to use for this?

First, you have to purchase web hosting. Go for an established and reliable web host such as the ones recommended on http://buywebspacetoday.com/ and sign up for a shared hosting (regular hosting) plan, as it’s the most affordable type of hosting and has all the features you need for this type of website. Once you get your hosting, go to your control panel and look for Fantastico. Use this tool for a one-click install of WordPress, a content management system that will allow you to create pages, write posts, add links, and basically do a lot of stuff to create an awesome website. You can choose a free theme (there are tons to choose from) that goes with the WWE motif. You can install a free plugin to integrate a discussion forum (I would suggest bbPress). You can use the native blogging system for news and spoilers. And yes, members can have their own login and profiles.
