It works,
I needed to monitor humidity in multiple rooms of my house. Set this up quick and was monitoring temperature/humidity in no time.
Also able to set up alerts if the temp/humidity crosses custom thresholds. Though that alert feature is only free for one year. It has a FTP feature to send the information to your own web sever instead of theirs only. That’s great but it only support ACTIVE FTP which will cause issues behind NAT.
The only cons I see is the company doesn’t show anywhere what the alerting will cost after one year. Also its kinda cheapish looking so I wouldn’t use it for important applications with fear that it won’t last long but hey its cheap. Even still I just ordered 2 more.

Good Luck So Far,
I purchased the WD-2513U weather station and the tx60u-it as an add – on. I am using it to primarily monitor the refrigerator temperature. The temperature probe is accurate within a couple of degrees.
The tx60u-it transmits the temperature to a website (no cost) at intervals I select, from every two minutes to every 20 minutes. (2, 5, 10 or 20 minutes)
I read a couple of other reviews that blasted the accuracy of the tx60u-it. I have had no issues setting it up. I am ordering one more tx60u-it for the garage refrigerator.
Update 08-13-2010: I am now using two of these to monitor the temperatures of two refrigerators. The circuit breaker in the garage refridge popped. The alert feature sent me an email and text message when the temperature rose above the temperature that I set. This feature has saved me. I have had no issues with these units and would not hesitate to recommend to a friend or family member.
The only negative is that I will have to pay for the website hosting the alert/monitoring after the first year. It’s not expensive, but I will have to decide then whether to pay for the service or not next year.

Lacrosse Wireless Temperature and Humidity system,
I have 5 La Crosse remote sensors to monitor the temperature and humidity in my office/humidor, office/wine cellar, spa water temp/patio, pool water temp/outside temp, laundry-utility room/freezer temperature and humidity readings. The data is available to me via internet so I can check from even my cell phone whatever the conditions are complete with warning e-mail alarms if any monitored item falls out of normal.
The La Crosse sensors have worked flawlessly with updated info every 5 minutes, but can be easily set to longer intervals if necessary. It is the best and most reasonable system that I have found.
I have not explored all the logging functions as the ability to monitor these areas from where ever I am was the most important feature for me. Due to the range of locations in several buildings I located the internet connector on my patio.
