i assume you already know the basics. It wouldn’t hurt to learn a little of each. Not so much flash, but more PHP and SQL.

Learn HTML5 really well – it may be the next big thing. You should be familiar with CSS and X/HTML. You should be able to write code using a text editor or pen and paper. In interviews, they often weed out the weak candidates by making them code something up on the fly or by making them find errors in existing code.
Learn JavaScript plus a framework like jQuery, Dojo, etc. You will need that to work the DOM.
Learn PHP because everybody uses it even though it sucks.
Learn at least one MVC framework. I’d recommend Ruby on Rails which is based on Ruby.
Database is less important as there are tons of ORMs and other things that abstract that complexity away. Most web devs can’t do SQL to save their lives anyway.
Learn the different ways of making an app webby and launching it. You need to explain the differences and cost/benefit between CGI, FCGI, reverse-proxy, mod_php, etc.
You need to know how to optimize web graphics and make them small. you need to know the diff between lossy and non-lossy image formats. You need to know how to make pages load quickly (profiling, etc.).
I’m assuming that you can make things pretty, because that is important. The first thing you should do is make an online portfolio of your best work, at least three pieces.
