Q&A: What website had a mosaic of news headlines in multi-colored blocks?

Rainy:The pictures have nothing to do with the content!!
I stumbled across a website a few years ago that was essentially a huge fullscreen flash animation of current news headlines. Each headline was in its own colored rectangle, and the blocks of headlines ranged in size from large to small depending on the prevalence of the news they contained.

I just thought this was a really cool website in regards to design and layout, and wanted to check it out once again to show some friends of mine.

    About How-To-Build-a-Website.ChooseWhat.com

The How to Build a Website guide on ChooseWhat.com helps people build a website using a top business website builder. Building a website can be a daunting process for those who have limited or no experience doing so. Site builders give people a great place to start building your website quickly and easily. The How to Build a Website guide teaches users how to utilize a site builder to create a professional and effective website for their businesses.

ChooseWhat’s How to Build a Website takes a user through the process of building a website with top site builders from 1&1 and Shopify. 1&1 helps can help users create an information website (or brochure site) for your business, while Shopify offers an ecommerce website builder for the people who want to sell their products and services through their website.

Site builders are relatively inexpensive (less than per month) and produce professional websites in a short amount of time. These services also offer online hosting for pictures, videos and email, RSS functions, built-in analytics, product inventory management and secure checkout options. However, they aren’t the right option for everyone.

According to How to Build a Website developer Nick Middleton, “Some people want a more robust website and a person to create and manage it for them. The new form on our website should help these business owners find an option that can work for them.”
